Job summary

Landry's in Biloxi is seeking a General Maintenance professional responsible for routine repairs and preventative maintenance to keep hotel systems running efficiently. The role covers multiple trades and on-call support for emergencies, holidays, and weekends.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, possess effective communication skills, and present a professional appearance. A related degree or accredited certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance.
• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
• Ability to work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekends.
• Knowledge of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.

Overview

General Maintenance is responsible for performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
