Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Colorado to perform intermediate maintenance across hotel facilities and gaming-related equipment. You will support preventative programs, assist with complex repairs, and provide technical support to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA/PPE knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate repairs and maintenance across property facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and replace equipment on the gaming floor and related systems.
• Assist with HVAC, alarm systems, generators, and other major building systems.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and document work performed.
• Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls, work orders, and emergencies.
• Use tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Inspect facilities to identify hazards or maintenance needs.
• Support safety regulations, equipment standards, and procedures.

The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate level maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across property facilities and equipment. This role supports preventative maintenance programs, assists with more complex repair work, and provides technical support for building systems and gaming related equipment. Technician II serves as a more experienced resource to ensure operational reliability, safety, and guest satisfaction. Starting Pay: $25.00

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate‑level repairs and maintenance across all property facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and general building upkeep.
• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and replace equipment associated with the gaming floor and related operational systems.
• Assist with maintenance and monitoring of HVAC systems, alarm systems, generators, and other major building systems.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and document work performed in accordance with property standards.
• Identify maintenance issues that require escalation and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance calls, work orders, and emergency requests.
• Use appropriate tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials to perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Support compliance with safety regulations, equipment standards, and operational procedures.
