Landry's, LLC. in Biloxi, MS seeks a General Maintenance professional to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on hotel building systems to ensure efficient operation.

The role requires on-site work, availability for on-call emergencies, and knowledge across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, chemicals, and preventive maintenance. A minimum of 2 years' experience and 21+ age are required; related certifications are preferred. Benefits are provided.

Overview

General Maintenance is responsible for performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance
• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments
• Ability to work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekends
• Knowledge of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts
