Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the night shift to join the Distribution team. Under limited supervision, you will diagnose and repair facility equipment to OEM standards and support internal customers and maintenance operations.

Starting pay is $30.25 per hour with shift pay. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year of tech experience in production or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year as a technician in a production/manufacturing environment or equivalent year-for-year education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment failures and perform complex emergency/unscheduled repairs.
• Ensure repairs prevent downtime from impacting service levels.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Operate motorized equipment (forklift, order selector, pallet jack, etc.).
• Maintain safe, clean, orderly work area and document facility/equipment details.
