Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Chambersburg, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our Distribution team. Under limited supervision, you will perform complex diagnostics and repairs on distribution center facilities and equipment to OEM standards, partnering with leadership to keep internal customers running smoothly.

You will evaluate equipment failures, perform preventative maintenance, read manuals and work orders, and ensure downtime does not impact service levels while maintaining

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and 1 year as a technician in manufacturing or related education.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and prints; troubleshoot AC/DC control wiring and relays.
• Familiarity with PLC, servo/hydraulic equipment, and maintenance management systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment failures and perform complex emergency repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and read manuals/work orders to service equipment.
• Ensure downtime does not impact service levels and comply with safety rules.
• Operate motorized equipment including forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Document activities and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
