Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Roseburg, OR is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to support our Manufacturing team. Under limited supervision, you will diagnose and repair distribution center equipment to OEM standards, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with leadership to minimize downtime.

Schedule includes Sun-Thurs 3:30pm - Midnight with potential 12-hour shift; pay starts at $30.25/hour DOE. HS Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year as a technician in a production or manufacturing environment or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
• Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detect faulty operations, report unusual situations to supervision.
• Operate motorized equipment including forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Help maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
• General understanding of facility electrical wiring and power distribution.
• General understanding of mechanical functions/applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and prints.
• Electrical troubleshooting with AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.
• Basic understanding of PLC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
