Job summary

Lineage, the world's leading temperature-controlled logistics company, seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support upkeep of our industrial cold storage facility and essential equipment.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical mindset and are eager to grow skills in facility maintenance and material handling equipment. Entry to intermediate level with training and growth opportunities across maintenance disciplines.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or building systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; MHE experience is a plus.
• OSHA 10/30, forklift maintenance training, or HVAC/electrical certifications are a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and operate in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on MHE including electric forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Assist in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on MHE and building systems.
• Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure such as lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, and racking.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear and potential failures on equipment and facility components.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs in the maintenance system.
• Comply with all safety procedures and standards; report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with other technicians and operations teams to ensure continuous, efficient warehouse operations.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities, including refrigeration systems and advanced MHE diagnostics.
