Lineage, the world’s leading temperature-controlled logistics company, seeks a Maintenance Technician II at the entry to intermediate level to support the upkeep of our industrial cold storage facility and essential equipment. Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or building systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on MHE (electric forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks).
• Assist diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on MHE and building systems.
• Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, racking).
• Maintain documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
