Lineage Logistics is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for our industrial cold storage facility. The role involves supporting preventive maintenance, basic repairs on material handling equipment, and assisting senior technicians with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical mindset and are eager to learn across MHE, facilities, refrigeration, and building systems. On-the-job training is provided to build hands-on skills in a dynamic, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
• Willingness to learn electrical, hydraulic, MHE, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in cold temperatures.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic repairs on material handling equipment, including electric and propane forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Assist experienced technicians with basic troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on MHE and building systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, racking, and general building systems.
• Complete work orders, inspection records, and basic maintenance documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE use.
