Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Maintenance Technician II at the entry to intermediate level to support the upkeep of our industrial cold storage facility and the essential equipment that keeps operations running.

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. You will perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on material handling equipment (MHE) and assist with diagnostics, inspections, and safe building operations while growing your skills in both facility maintenance and MHE diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; OSHA 10/30 or related certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on MHE including electric and propane forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Assist diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on MHE and building systems.
• Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure—lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, racking, and building systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear and potential failures on equipment and facility components.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas; assist with snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs in the maintenance system.
• Comply with safety procedures; report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with other technicians and operations teams to ensure continuous warehouse operations.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities, including refrigeration systems and advanced MHE diagnostics.
