Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills to handle all hotel maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration and mechanical operations.
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring safety and ergonomic programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Provide exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
