Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to set up, adjust, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, automation, and robotics with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair/maintenance.
• Basic skills in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business (intra- and inter-state).
• Must lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally; stand 8–12 hours up to 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership or senior tech as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate logs for pumps, generators, HVAC, and other facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist other maintenance staff on two-person jobs or as required; conduct building projects as assigned.
