Helen of Troy is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for 2nd shift in Arlington, TN. This 100% onsite role focuses on safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems to maximize productivity while complying with safety regulations.

You will troubleshoot machinery and conveyor systems, use Pick2Light systems to analyze issues, and coordinate priority repairs. OSHA guidelines, teamwork, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience or technical training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and stooping.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant equipment, buildings, and facilities to ensure safety and productivity.
• Troubleshoot machinery and conveyor systems; diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Use Pick2Light systems to analyze errors and support repairs and fault resets.
• Establish and coordinate priority work projects and repairs to support departmental goals.
