Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards, compliance requirements, and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and communicate updates to residents and staff.
