Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license is required.
• Prior maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications are desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property and ensure all systems function properly.
• Log and complete work orders using the maintenance app.
• Assist residents and staff; respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized; support supervisor as needed.
