Job summary

Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The role involves assisting with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and property care.

This on-site position requires hands-on skills with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus the ability to work as part of a team. You will handle work orders, assist with make-ready of vacant units, maintain pool equipment, and ensure grounds are attractive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site maintenance experience in a multifamily or similar setting.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Must provide own basic maintenance tools.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units
• Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality
• Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean and presentable
• Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all local regulations
• On-call rotation and weekend availability

Requirements
