Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate or relevant experience.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to improve asset reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and install/start up new equipment.
• Participate in maintenance training and reliability procedures.
• Maintain CMMS records and support data-driven decisions.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and quality policies; support food safety and quality.
