Job summary

The role requires a self-starter attitude, ability to read drawings, work with SAP, and adherence to safety, GMP, and food quality standards; weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Ability to read and decipher mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience in SAP preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate with reliability and maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Learn and execute Precision Maintenance techniques ensuring tolerances are met.
• Execute technical troubleshooting tasks with experienced maintenance personnel.
• Assist in maintenance training for staff.
• Contribute to reliability procedures for critical spares and parts.
• Assist in quality commissioning procedures for rebuilt or new equipment.
• Maintain records and support reliability reporting.
