The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance execution, with duties in troubleshooting, equipment installation, startups, and process improvement projects. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or two-year technical certificate, or experience demonstrating technical aptitude.
• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Ability to read and decipher mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience in SAP preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate with reliability and maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Learn and execute Precision Maintenance techniques ensuring procedures and tolerances are met.
• Perform technical troubleshooting tasks with experienced maintenance personnel.
• Participate in maintenance training for maintenance personnel.
• Support reliability procedures for critical spares and parts.
• Assist in implementing quality commissioning procedures for rebuilt or new equipment.
• Use CMMS to manage reliability reporting and decisions.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records.
