Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of the Las Vegas fulfillment center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors and material handling systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls, while upholding safety standards and throughput goals.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and flexible hours in a fast-paced fan-focused environment. On-site work in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience or education in material handling equipment, including conveyors, sortation equipment, mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems using blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Hands-on experience with motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and external I/O devices.
• Fabrication skills for repairs and modifications to equipment and structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on conveyors, building equipment, grounds, and powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Complete work orders and adhere to safety and company standards.
