Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure seamless operation of Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. You will oversee maintenance of facilities, automation equipment, and material handling assets, reporting to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor.

Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to maximize site uptime and fan experience. Required are advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with PLCs/VFDs/Servo Drives, and CMMS-based maintenance tracking.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyors and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and NEC knowledge.
• Expertise with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives and I/O devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures in conveyors, manufacturing and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, equipment, grounds, and PITs.
• Communicate issues and maintenance priorities to leadership and operations teams.
