Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform semi-skilled maintenance across commercial facilities, including inspections, diagnostics and repairs. The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous hands-on maintenance experience preferred, especially in medical or hospital settings.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and facilities.
• Complete work orders timely and maintain detailed records/logs.
• Coordinate tasks with team members and other departments.
• Operate manual and electric tools; inspect vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and ensure safety compliance.
