Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and create maintenance schedules.
• Inspect facility condition and address safety hazards, cleanliness, and structural concerns.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs as needed.
