Shaw Industries Group Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician C to support the safe, reliable operation of production equipment through hands-on maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

You will assist senior technicians while building foundational skills in reliability and maintenance practices within a team-focused environment. The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and collaboration with maintenance leads to minimize downtime and sustain product

Formación

• Foundational experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of safety practices: LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work, PIT, fall protection.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; basic measuring instruments; CMMS documentation.
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills; basic unit conversions.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain bearings, belts, motors, and gearboxes; support pumps and valves.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and restore functionality.
• Document issues, root causes, and corrective actions with teams.
• Assist with equipment installations and safety-compliant project work.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and maintenance leads.
