Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking an Entry-to-Mid level Maintenance Tech C to support safe, reliable operation of production equipment. You will perform hands-on maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and assist senior technicians in more complex work on a shift-based schedule.

You will help minimize downtime, maintain product quality, and build foundational skills in reliability and maintenance practices within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of LOTO and PPE requirements.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain mechanical systems such as bearings, belts, chains, pulleys, shafts, motors and gearboxes.
• Support conveyance systems, pumps, valves, and utility systems (steam, air, water).
• Diagnose problems, perform repairs or part replacements, and restore equipment functionality.
