Qualifications
- Foundational maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings.
- Comfort with basic math and measurements.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain mechanical systems such as bearings, belts, chains, drives, motors, and gearboxes.
- Support conveyance, pumps, valves, and utility systems (steam, air, water).
- Identify, diagnose, and repair common mechanical issues; document actions.
- Complete work orders and assist with installations and modifications; ensure safety.
- Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings; document findings.
