Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Reliability Tech B to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a broad range of industrial equipment, including conveyors, pumps, bearings, belts, and gearboxes, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will lead preventive, predictive, and CBM activities, contribute to plant-wide reliability projects, and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with operations to improve uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Safety expertise including LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work, PIT, fall protection, hoisting and rigging.
• Experience with CMMS or basic computer systems to document work and manage parts.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues impacting safety, quality and production efficiency.
• Perform preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications and process improvements.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.
