The role covers performing routine maintenance, repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and flooring, and ensuring safety procedures are followed while delivering reliable service to tenants and building staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years general building trades experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Multilingual abilities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect floors and report issues.
• Follow safety precautions while performing work.
• Maintain relationships with building staff.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring repairs.
