Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Greenwood, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot 480V 3‑phase electrical systems, pumps, motors, and conveyors, and work independently to support other technicians.

This role offers a 5:45 AM–6:15 PM rotating schedule (2‑2‑3), competitive pay at $32/hour, health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for advancement across locations.

Qualifications

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Experience with pumps, motors, banded conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and support other technicians
• Must bring own metric tools (specialized tools provided)
• Comfortable with physical demands: standing, bending, lifting, confined spaces
• No formal education required, but trade school or industrial maintenance experience dealing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical preferred
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist across departments
• No travel required
