Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Columbus, Indiana is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a direct hire opportunity. The role offers up to $35/hour depending on experience, with benefits including medical, PTO, profit sharing, and overtime availability.

The schedules include 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2PM-10:30PM) and 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs 10:30PM-6AM). Office hours are Monday–Friday, and you can visit the office at 1405 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201 for in-person

Qualifications

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
• Familiarity with 480v three-phase electricity.
• Proficient in using volt meters and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Experience working with ammonia-based systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
