Assemblix Staffing is seeking a Maint. Tech for our client location in the Indianapolis, IN area. The role is 1st shift, temp-to-hire, with a pay rate of $28–$32 per hour depending on experience.

The technician should have 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience and be able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, read schematics, and operate CMMS/work-order systems. High school diploma or GED required; trade training preferred.

Qualifications

• The strongest candidates will have 1–3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment and preventive/corrective maintenance.

Position Summary

Schedule:5:30 AM–4:00 PM

Pay:$28–$32/hour, depending on experience

What They’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will have1–3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experienceand hands‑on experience with:

• Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Pneumatics and hydraulics
• Automated manufacturing equipment
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Equipment breakdown response
• Reading basic mechanical/electrical schematics
• CMMS/work-order systems
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA/I??OSHA safety procedures
• Hand and power tools

A high school diploma/GED is required. Technical, vocational, or trade-school training is preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Position Requirements

Physical/Work Requirements

The technician should be comfortable working on a manufacturing floor aroundheat, dust, noise, vibration, moving machinery, ladders, and varying heights, and be able to lift up to50 lbs.The position may also require overtime, weekends, and emergency/on-call maintenance depending on business needs.
