Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Junior Technician for a 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance role at a Indianapolis facility. You will support plant operations with equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and project execution to ensure reliability, safety, quality and performance.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and vocational maintenance training or 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-starter with ability to take direction and ownership of tasks.
• Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist senior techs with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Execute routine maintenance during scheduled downtime.
• Maintain accurate records in the maintenance system (CMMS).

Company Information:A manufacturing facility in Indianapolis is hiring a3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Junior Technicianto their team!

Join a growing manufacturing facility where innovation and teamwork are key. Support plant operations through equipment repair, maintenance, and project execution. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability while maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards.

Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $32/hour
• Paid holidays (facility operates 24/7/365; double pay)
• Benefits provided!

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 7:00pm-7:00am

Requirements:

• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist senior tech's with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Industrial environment with noise and non-climate-controlled conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and climb ladders, bend, twist etc.
