Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Senior Technician for a 3rd shift position in Indianapolis. You will maintain and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

This role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to read schematics, and experience with CMMS record-keeping. The position offers benefits and a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 7:00pm–7:00am shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Execute routine maintenance during scheduled downtime.
• Maintain accurate records in the maintenance system (CMMS).
• Take ownership of diagnosing and repairing down equipment.
• Work independently, or in a team setting.

• Paid holidays (facility operates 24/7/365; double pay)

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 7:00pm-7:00am
