The position focuses on repairing and performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of production equipment, with an emphasis on CNC lathes and mills, while collaborating closely with a supportive maintenance team.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a mandatory training period on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for at least six months and potentially up to one year before moving to 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) or 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).

Why Work Here?

The facility offers a strong, supportive culture where team members help each other and value collaboration, contributing to low turnover and long-term stability. You will work in a modern, air-conditioned, and well-organized environment that invests in growth, reflected in new opportunities rather than replacement hiring.
