Pay Rate: $40.00–$50.00 per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician.The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical failures.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
