Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes.
• Run scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and production maintenance needs.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Assist with installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance records and comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to keep equipment efficient.
