Job summary

Lamb Weston Pasco plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety, personnel, installation, operation, repair and overhaul for a maintenance work group. Lead the team to prioritize work, improve equipment reliability and maximize plant production.

You will guide with the Line Structure Team and Planners, coach staff, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and adapt to changes while pursuing continuous improvement. Travel and night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years electrical maintenance supervisory experience
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance work group safety, installation, operation, repair and overhaul
• Prioritize planned work with Line Structure Team and Planners to improve equipment reliability
• Coach and develop team members, set safety and quality expectations
• Review schedules, adjust workload and priorities to meet production needs
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures and control maintenance costs
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and keep production on schedule
