Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader Maintenance for our Park Rapids, MN plant. You will oversee maintenance operations, plan and schedule skilled trades, and drive reliability programs to meet uptime and safety goals.

Ideal candidates bring a mechanical engineering or technical degree, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and proven supervisory abilities. CAD/drafting and PM knowledge are a plus; position offers competitive benefits and a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical field preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
• CAD/Drafting experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance programs; electrical and electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the maintenance department, production lines and affiliated equipment, building and grounds.
• Plan and schedule work to meet production demands; maintain preventive maintenance system.
• Control maintenance expenses by monitoring overtime and parts costs.
• Ensure plant safety, environmental security, and equipment reliability.
• Lead PM/PdM activities and provide technical guidance to mechanical craftsmen.
