Job summary

The Team Leader Maintenance at Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Pasco, WA leads a maintenance work group responsible for safety, installation, repair, and reliable operation to maximize plant uptime.

This role partners with the Line Structure Team and Planners to prioritize work and ensures safe, high-quality execution by the crew. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of electrical maintenance supervisory experience in a food processing environment, working knowledge of Arc Flash,

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of and manage programs and initiatives to include, but not restricted to Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work and other safety programs.
• Must have working knowledge of and manage NEC code compliance.
• Minimum of three years electrical maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department safety, personnel, installation, operation, repair, overhaul and maintenance activities.
• Prioritize planned work with Line Structure Team and Planners to improve equipment reliability and plant uptime.
• Coach and motivate team; ensure safety, quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Review and adjust schedules for workload and labor; optimize costs and resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Lamb Weston policies.
