Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. is hiring for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical maintenance across multiple lines. You will drive reliability, coordinate PMs, and coach line teams to hit safety and throughput goals.

You will work closely with Production and Reliability leadership to plan outages, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions, while ensuring high equipment availability and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years industrial maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and electrical/controls understanding.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Ability to supervise multiple teams across lines with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance mechanics, assign daily work and manage coverage.
• Coordinate PMs, PdMs, and corrective maintenance with minimal production impact.
• Lead safety practices (LOTO, PPE) and enforce safe work procedures.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain equipment KPIs and communicate status in daily meetings.
