Job summary

Lamb Weston in Pasco, WA seeks a Team Leader Maintenance to manage safety, personnel, installation, operation, repair, and maintenance for a maintenance work group at our Pasco facility.

You will lead the team to prioritize planned work, improve equipment reliability, and maximize plant production and uptime while communicating safety, quality, and scheduling expectations. Flexibility with shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years electrical maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
• Experience with Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work safety programs.
• Knowledge of NEC code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department safety, personnel, installation, operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Prioritize planned work to improve equipment reliability and plant uptime.
• Lead and coach a maintenance team; communicate expectations for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Line Structure Team and Planners for schedules.
• Monitor labor, parts, and costs; ensure efficient utilization.
