Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain equipment in the production area. The role requires performing routine and non-routine tasks, reading prints, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include welding, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure uninterrupted production of potato products. This position may require varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of equipment in the production area.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and work instructions; document work orders.
• Read and interpret prints, schematics, and manuals.
• Repair, overhaul, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Weld using SMAW, MIG, and TIG in various positions.
