Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader in Valdese, NC to drive world-class uptime, safety, and team development. You will guide shifts, coach associates, and coordinate across functions to meet production goals.

The role requires 4–6 years of supervisory manufacturing experience and an HS diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred. On-site position with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• HS Diploma/GED required; College Degree preferred
• Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment, and processes meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
• Coach Associates towards an independent, problem-solving mindset to achieve world-class standards
• Operate with a One Team mentality by collaborating across departments to solve issues and meet production schedules
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators for People, Quality, Safety, Service, and Cost
• Identify issues, assign actions, and follow up to ensure completion
• Uphold and promote Leadership Behaviors and engage associates to develop talent
• Ensure cost efficiency by reducing waste and downtime, and overseeing staffing
