Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related technical field with 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of direct supervision of maintenance employees in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift maintenance operations to support production goals.
• Provide focus and direction to all on shift plant maintenance employees.
• Manage resources to optimize equipment uptime, throughput, and maintenance quality.
• Ensure scheduled preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance activities are completed safely.
