Corning in Hickory, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure equipment runs efficiently through preventative and corrective maintenance. You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and lead safety-compliant repairs, working with operations and engineering to plan, schedule, and optimize work orders in the CMMS.

A high school diploma with 5+ years of maintenance experience is required; this is a 12-hour shift (B shift) with PPE

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma plus accredited apprenticeship program.
• Thorough knowledge of machine functions, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to determine priority and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with and coordinate internal projects with engineering and production.
• Create, review, complete, modify, and cancel work orders in CMMS; track maintenance metrics.
• Dispatch maintenance personnel and lead shift handoffs; participate in cross-functional meetings.
