Owens Corning is seeking an on-site Maintenance Team Lead to set up, repair, and maintain machinery, fabricate parts, source spare parts, and direct Maintenance Techs. The role requires a two-year maintenance certificate or in-progress training and at least five years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints and schematics, diagnosing PLCs, wiring, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and performing welding with plasma cutting. OSHA safety rules apply.

• Follow operating and procedure instructions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of electrical, mechanical and electronic theories.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Service and test equipment, replace faulty components and PLC modules.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder logic for programmable controllers.
