The role focuses on safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures while supporting troubleshooting and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

The candidate will supervise crafts, ensure proper tool use, and communicate status and resource needs to senior management.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; technical school certification or maintenance apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in maintenance-related activities required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and assign work to craft personnel based on schedule and priority.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in alignment with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands-on support during routine maintenance activities and assist in troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, and elevate shortages or issues as needed.
• Communicate work status, resource needs, and challenges to senior supervisors or maintenance management.
• Support onboarding and basic training of new team members.
