Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct maintenance crews in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of plant equipment, processes, and facilities.

You will lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, and you will develop and supervise maintenance systems, processes and documentation for TPM, SOPs and safety programs. You will work closely with Production to schedule repairs, develop KPIs, and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading training/mentoring staff or managing a project/process

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment across plant and facilities
• Leads predictive & preventive maintenance and machine repair teams
• Develops and implements maintenance systems, TPM, SOPs, safety and related documentation
• Schedules repairs in coordination with Production
• Develops KPIs to track maintenance performance (equipment reliability, OEE)
• Trains employees on work methods and safety procedures
• Maintains maintenance records and inventories
• Generates regular status reports to management
• Directs job execution, quality, cost and duration under supervision
