Job summary

This hands-on supervisory role requires 4+ years in manufacturing or technical environments, with 2+ years of supervisory experience. Expect collaboration across multiple departments and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, machining, production or technical environment.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver license or current passport required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily development activities and schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with materials department to ensure materials are available and manage inventory.
• Provide daily direction and supervision to development technicians; assign work and monitor time off.
• Coordinate tool changes, equipment calibration, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment with inspections and safety checklists.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, production or delivery.
