Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm, M-F
In charge of about 7-10 employees
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and leading the team to achieve maintenance goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a maintenance team of 7-10 employees on the 2nd shift.
- Ensure efficient operation of all machinery and equipment and minimize downtime.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance and repairs to meet production goals.
- Monitor maintenance performance and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
